Piper Sonoma Strawberry Cocktail Recipe

This is a lovely springtime cooler that’ll get you moving. It is as basic as it gets and just absolutely beautiful!

Here’s what you’ll need:

One bottle of cold Piper-Sonoma Sparkling wine
One pint of fresh ripe gorgeous strawberries

Take 4 big old super juicy strawberries and slice them up over the glass (86 the green tops too!). Be careful with the knife, ok? You want to get every lil bit of the sweet juice in the glass. Cutting boards be damned! Then pour the Bubbly over the berries. It’ll taste like champagne poured over ripe strawberries and that, mi amigos, is heaven! Tasty as it gets!

To make a batch…cut up all the berries and pour the whole bottle in a pitcher! Get crazy and add some OJ for a fantastic mimosa!
