Cheesy Cornbread Casserole
1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn
1 can 14 oz cream corn
1 – 8 oz package corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
1 cup of sour cream
½ cup melted butter (one stick)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Stir all ingredients except the cheese together and put in your casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for 5 or 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
