The Perfect Cheese Ball

2 -8 oz packages cream cheese (softened)

2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar

1.5 cups crab meat

1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

1 roasted and peeled green chili

dash Worchester sauce

a few dashes of Arizona Gunslinger Hot Sauce

2 cups sliced almonds

mix all ingredients in a bowl(except nuts) and form into one big cheese ball or two smaller ones. Coat with nuts and refrigerate till chilled and firm. Take out an hour before being served. Serve with crackers or veggies.
