Grilled Teriyaki Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Monday was Memorial Day so in order to honor those that have served our great country I had to grill. I had got a pork tenderloin and had no idea what to do with it. I decided to whip up a marinade and let the tenderloin set for the better part of a week. It was fabulous and I have to share…because it was incredibly easy.

Grilled Teriyaki Marinaded Pork Tenderloin:

A pork tenderloin (sometimes they come in packs of two…throw in both in! Live on the edge!)

One cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki

half cup (or more) white wine

two tablespoons soy sauce

tablespoon olive oil

splash of Worcestershire Sauce

pinch of red pepper flakes (just because)

A gallon size zip lock

Throw everything in the zip lock and put it in your fridge for at least 24 hours. The longer you let it sit the better it will be. I did mine for 7 days. That’s it! Easy, huh?!

Grill on medium/medium high heat for 10 minutes a side. After the 20 minutes let it sit for a while(10-15 minutes) in a foil tent. Slice it up and go to town. Slice it thin, slice it thick… Enjoy! I served my with a side of steak, Cabo-caught ahi tuna, and some really good tater salad!
